Don't even know where to start - talking about unprofessional is an understatement.At my first appointment I had to wait over half an hour to get my nails done as someone had triple booked appointments (apparently nobody knew who took the bookings) and today I went for my 13.30 appointment with Claire only to be told she had decided to take the day off and nobody even could be bothered to phone me to cancel - absolutely boiling - what a waste of time. Needless to say I will never go back there again and ladies if you want to get your nails done I suggest you go else where.
