I bought a lovely 06 BMW 320d from SW Automotive last summer. I paid a fair price, and was given a decent trade in for my beloved, but knackered, Rover 75.Steve offered to respray the full bonnet, although it only had a few stone chips, and he had a few scratches polished out elsewhere. When I drove the car away it was valeted beautifully, and had a three month warranty.A warranty from Steve actually means something - you contact him personally with any problems, and he has them rectified. During my warranty period I needed a couple of small repairs (brakes and rear wiper) that Steve had fixed very quickly. After the warranty had expired, Steve still took responsibility for a problem (brake wear sensor) and covered the repair.Finally, Steve has told me to contact him first with any future repairs, in case he can use his contacts to get the work done cheaper. That is simply incredible customer care.Steve is a kind, generous, genuine person. He has looked after me and my car above and beyond what he had to, and as a result I will buy every car from SW Automotive from now on.FIVE STARS!
Customer service was the best I've ever experienced when buying a car. Exellent communication despite the fact the seller was abroad when I first enquired about the vehicle and then in hospital whilst negotiating sale and still managed to turn up for me collecting car despite a broken back, ankle and ribs!! An insanely high level of customer service throughout. I highly recommend S.W. Automotive.
Steve is the owner and a really friendly guy, so easy to deal with. Traded in my old car for a decent price and happy with my new BMW 123D. I am still asking questions weeks later and steve is always happy to chat and reply. I would easily recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

Where to start?I traded down to a more affordable car and stumbled across a mechanically clean 325i from Steve.I went down to look at it and not only was Steve charming and knowledgeable, he was exceptionallypatient with me (Im seriously fussy).The car is almost 16 years old and had the expected wear and tear that an E46 should have. I asked Steve to refurbish the arches, bumpers and wheels. All achieved at a really reasonable cost to me. Three weeks later I collected the car and I couldnt believe my eyes. It looked BRAND NEW. The levelof detailing and care that went in was astonishing. He also ran it through an inspection, which it passed with flying colours.Since Ive owned it, a few minor issues have arose and Steve swiftly took the car back in and recrified everything.I can not recommend him highly enough and thank you for my utterly beautiful little car.
