Terrible service, took my car in for a simple air con recharge and within 24 hours my engine was completely ruined due to a pipe that was broken in very close proximity to where the work was carried out! This was in no way just a coincidence! Garage are accepting no liability and trying to shift the blame to ford. Managers story has changed so many times and they are telling blatant lies about the car being taken for a test drive... the car was still on charge when we went to pick it up! Went in to meet with owners and was asked to bring paperwork only for it not to even be asked for never mind reviewed. Owner and manager sat smirking at me, very upsetting!
