Your having a laugh ask think staff need to come off their high horses and cut hair as that's what there paid to do.

This was our regular choice for our son but we recently decided to change. The staff are more interested in gossiping than cutting hair. We were in yesterday and there was a back log of customers not that the staff were interested they were more interested in catching up with the gossip. It took one hairdresser 30mins to do a simple hair cut in the end we decided to leave. I have to say when our son was younger they were amazing but the last couple of months they have went down hill constantly different hairdressers and long waiting times we won't be back
